Passion Projects
Designed for students with more advanced English proficiency, our Passion Project Pathway helps students transform their interests into meaningful, self-directed projects over the course of several months. Guided by dedicated tutors and mentors, students explore their passion, conduct research, develop a project plan, and create a final project that reflects their unique interests and goals.
Throughout the program, students strengthen their English while building confidence in research, critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and public speaking. Tutors provide personalized guidance and accountability, helping students navigate each stage of the process from idea development to completion.
The pathway culminates in a final presentation or showcase, where students share their work with family, peers, and their community. Whether creating a podcast, writing a children’s book, producing artwork, crafting a research essay, or exploring an issue they care deeply about, students leave with both a completed project and the skills to pursue future academic and personal goals independently.
